1. How durable are the porcelain pieces?
The porcelain is very durable. I have yet to break a piece and, believe me, I put them through a lot!

1. Items ordered will be shipped within 5-7 days via United States Postal Service.

2. Shipping & Handling fees are based on a flat rate.
     up to $40 = $2.50 S&H
     $41 - $70 = $3.50 S&H
     $71 - $100 = $4.50 S&H
     $101 - $200 = $5.50 S&H
     $200 & up = $6.50 S&H

RETURNS:
1. I offer exchanges only on all jewelry.

2. If an item breaks I will replace it for free.
